Created by beauty industry experts, it combines the rigor of consulting, the depth of coaching, and the real-world insights of leaders from Estée Lauder, Shiseido, YSL, Clarins, Mugler, and Douglas — with an additional 15 years of experience supporting start-ups and independent brands.
A results-driven, fully online format — for efficiency and flexibility — 2 to 4 hours per week — designed to maximize impact without slowing down your business. Each 12-week journey combines collective learning and individual coaching, bringing together up to 10 non-competing brands per cohort for a focused and collaborative experience.
