BEAUTY RISE is a 12-week program designed to equip beauty and wellness founders with the methods, tools, expert guidance, and network they need to strengthen their foundations, refine their strategy, and gain the clarity to approach their next stage of growth with confidence.
Created by beauty industry experts, it combines the rigor of consulting, the depth of coaching, and the real-world insights of leaders from Estée Lauder, Shiseido, YSL, Clarins, Mugler, and Douglas — with an additional 15 years of experience supporting start-ups and independent brands.
A results-driven, fully online format — for efficiency and flexibility — 2 to 4 hours per week — designed to maximize impact without slowing down your business. Each 12-week journey combines collective learning and individual coaching, bringing together up to 10 non-competing brands per cohort for a focused and collaborative experience.
